Shipping of Materials

If sending materials in advance, please note packages must be shipped to the locations indicated in the chart below.

Once you arrive in Alaska, it is possible to drive to all locations (except Juneau) with all of your materials. (Juneau cannot be reached by road.) Consider shipping to each site the materials that you will need to display and then arrange for return shipments or donate materials to our Resource Rooms so that more parents can browse throughout the year.

Deliveries to our offices will be brought by our staff to the Fair location by the beginning of the set-up time. Shipments should arrive at our offices no sooner than April 1st.

You may leave samples behind for us to display in the Resource Rooms in our offices. (Keep in mind that any samples left in Anchorage will be shared by three offices: Wasilla, Eagle River, and Anchorage.) Any return shipments from the facilities must be arranged by you in advance. Your attending representative can take materials to the post office, UPS, or FedEx, or you can make arrangements for a UPS or FedEx pickup at the end of the day. Dates, times and addresses are provided below.
