IDEA FAIR EXHIBITORS ONLY:
In order to present any workshops at the IDEA Fair, either in-person or online, your company must have already completed an Exhibitor Registration Form to request booth space. Please review the additional workshop information below before continuing through to the Workshop Request Form located at the bottom of this page.
Submit soon! We have always had more workshop requests than we have time slots available. Submit all the workshop requests you like and we will honor all requests that we can. Each workshop can only be presented once at each location, and exhibitors are limited to two different online workshops.
STREAMING WORKSHOPS:
We do not have the infrastructure to stream workshops live from the Fair. However, we will stream workshops THE WEEK PRIOR TO THE FAIR. So in addition to the live workshop times below that you can select from, you can request an online workshop April 13-17 (Monday-Friday), at the following times (AK time): 9:00, 10:30, 12:00, 1:30, 3:00. (And if you want to share a link for a recorded workshop that you are doing live, we will upload that link after you do your workshop, so that registered attendees can view it after the Fair.) There is just one workshop streamed at each of these times.
DUE DATES:
- Feb 15 – Workshop Requests are due. Our team will evaluate which ones best meet our needs at this time, determine the schedule for each location (including online), and import it into our conference app.
- March 1 – We will email you the scheduled dates and times for the workshops we were able to schedule along with an invoice for workshop fees. You are expected to pay the workshop fees promptly in order to hold those times.
- March 15 – Any unpaid workshops will be released to others on the waitlist.
FEES:
- The fee for each workshop timeslot is $25.
- If you do a workshop in person and want to use our laptop projector, there is an additional $25 fee for each usage.

Workshop times are listed below in case you prefer specific sessions. There are three live workshops at a time in each location. Presenters must end their workshops on time. Please invite families who have questions to speak with you outside the conference room so that the next presenter can set up.
